• Shipping carrier is FedEx or EMS (Japan Post Express Mail Service), if shipping destination is overseas.
• The customer will be responsible for the shipping charges for the purchased item.

Other

• If you purchase an item in stock from our WEB SHOP, it will be shipped within 3 business days after your payment is confirmed.
• Pre-order products on our WEB SHOP (products listed as Built-to-Order) will be manufactured after the order is confirmed (after payment is confirmed), so it will take the lead time listed on the page until shipping. .
• We will notify you of the tracking number of your package when it is shipped, so you can check the status of your shipment.
• We do not ship on holidays set by our company.
