Refund policy

Please inspect the contents of shipment upon the item arrives. Only if there are any defectives due to our error listed below, we will handle exchange or return. Please contact us immediately within 7 days after item arrived.

  • A product different from your order has arrived.
  • If there is any damage or defect that is the obvious cause for us.

Please return the item in the same condition and packaging with original packing material as when it was shipped. As for the return deadline, you must be complete return within 2 days after you got approval for return from us.

The returned item arrived here and we inspected its condition, and then if it is acknowledged that there are our deficiencies listed above, we will process an exchange other same product or part, or a refund the amount of item price and shipping fee. We will refund by the same your payment method and are responsibility for the bank transfer fee. If you would like to exchange to the correct order item or part, we will reschedule the lead time for these and inform you that.

Customs duty or import tax for refund in your country are not covered by us. Please ask your local customs office for more information.

The refund money will be processed next month if it is charged without be offset in the month depending on the closing date of credit card company.

  • If you contacted us more than 8 days after the purchase item arrived
  • If there are any damage, scratches, dirt, or loss that were not to the order item including accessories when it was shipped.
  • A painted color of product is different from a color displayed on customer’s computer monitor.
  • Due to customer’s convenience and personal reason.
